Classifications of Club Memberships

Club Membership entitles the primary designee and his or her immediate family to use the Club facilities in accordance with the membership category selected.  The immediate family of a member includes the spouse of the member and the unmarried children under the age of twenty-three, living at home or attending school on a full time basis.  The Club has a limited number of memberships available.  The following are the current classifications of Club Membership.  Please be advised that the membership deposits will be raised periodically at the Board of Governors' and Management's descretion.
RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS
Members residing in the New Albany Country Club Communities

RESIDENT GOLF

The Resident Golf Member resides in the New Albany Country Club community and is entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, fitness, swimming, spa and social facilities at the Club. Golf Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities of the Club. Golf Members are required to pay a membership deposit/fee and monthly dues.

RESIDENT SOCIAL
The Resident Social Member resides in the New Albany Country Club community and is entitled to use all of the tennis, fitness, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club five times a year. Social Members may have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times. Resident Social Members are required to pay a membership deposit/fee and monthly dues.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS
(Residing in Columbus, but not living in the New Albany Country Club Coummunities)
Associate Members have the same usage privileges as the Resident Social Member.  Associate Memberships are recallable, non-equity, non-transferable memberships, available to individuals not residing in the New Albany Country Club Communities.  Associate Memberships are being offered to persons designated by the Club who are approved for membership.  Associate Members will be required to pay a fully or partially refundable membership deposit and will be required to pay monthly dues.

ASSOCIATE GOLF
Associate Golf Members are entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club.  Golf Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times.  Associate Golf Members shall not pay greens fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities of the Club.

ASSOCIATE SOCIAL
Associate Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club.  Associate Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan.  Associate Social Members have a seven day sign-up privelage to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times.
 
EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIPS
An Executive Membership may be purchased in the name of a partnership, company, trust or some other form of multiple ownership collectively. These memberships are issued in the name of a company or "entity". The Entity designates one individual who is entitled to use the Club facilities. The individual designated must also be a director, officer or employee of the entity and pay the required dues and charges. Executive Golf, Social and Dining Memberships are available. Executive Memberships are non-recallable and are transferable.

EXECUTIVE GOLF
The Executive Golf Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club Facilities in the same manner as a Resident Golf Member.  Executive Members will be required to pay a non-refundable initiation fee and will be required to pay monthly dues.

EXECUTIVE SOCIAL
The Executive Social Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club facilities in the same manner as a Resident Social Member.  The designee may be changed once a year, upon payment of a transfer fee.  Executive Members will be required to pay a non-refundable initiation fee and will be required to pay monthly dues.
NATIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
National Memberships are entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club in the same manner as a Resident Member.  National Members may not own a business or residence inside the one-hundred mile radius of the Club.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS
Junior Golf Memberships are available to residents and non-residents of the Country Club Communities and must be under the age of 36.  Junior Social Memberships are available to residents within in the Country Club Communities and must be under the age of 34.
 
DINING MEMBERSHIPS

EXECUTIVE DINING MEMBERSHIPS
An Executive Dining Membership may be purchased in the name of a partnership, company, trust or some other form of mulitple ownership.  The Executive Dining Membership entitles the designated user and his/her immediate family to use the Club dining facilities, including private rooms and participate in Club social events, croquet and the Spa Sanctuary 

PERSONAL DINING MEMBERSHIPS
A Personal Dining Membership may be purchased in an individual's name.  The Personal Dining Membership entitles the designated user and his/her immediate family to use the Club dining facilities, including private dining rooms and participate in Club social events, croquet privileges and the Spa Sanctuary.
